Whatsapp is one of the biggest instant text messaging services in the world, With millions of users all over the world, it is sad to hear that Whatsapp is still not supported for tablets. Whatsapp should look into this issue, the use of tablets is growing each and everyday specially after the launch of Nexus 7 and Galaxy tabs, tablet PC market is growing with a great speed. As it is not supported, today in this tutorial we will be telling you how you can install and use Whatsapp on your Nexus 7/Galaxy Tab or any other Android Tablets.
I have written up a quick tutorial for you guys and following this you will be able to use Whatsapp on your Nexus 7 or android tab, lets get to the tutorial now.
Step 1 - Connect your Nexus 7 to your computer, and Transfer both the Apk’s you downloaded to the sd card of your Nexus 7.
Step 2 - Go to File manager of your tablet, If you haven’t got one, install File manager from Google play.
Step 3 - In file manager, Hit Appguard apk and install it, install Whatsapp too.
Step 4 – Once installed, Open App guard and hit “secure a new app”
Step 5 - Select Whatsapp in secure a new app, Now Appguard will uninstall existing app, and then install a secured app.
Step 6 – Once done, go to app guard, go into whatsapp permissions and unmark the option of ” Phone calls – read phone status and identity”.
Step 7 - You are done, Run Whatsapp and verify your phone number, incase you haven’t got a smartphone you will need to install blustacks on your PC and setup whats app from there, Get the code from Bluestacks and enter it in your tablet and you are good to go.
